Defective or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a mistake on our end, we will replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost. To process your request:

  1. Contact us at support@saintlazaruscollection.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and the defect or issue.
  3. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all our products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Items where the customer selected the wrong size, color, or design.
  • Situations where the customer simply changes their mind after receiving the product.

To avoid any issues, please carefully review size charts, product descriptions, and customizations before completing your purchase.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email.
  2. Contact us at support@saintlazaruscollection.com with your order details.
  3. We will investigate with our shipping partner and provide a resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are unhappy with your order for reasons not covered above, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.
