Shipping Policy

  1. Processing and Shipping Times
    Order Processing:
    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
    This timeframe may vary depending on the product and selected supplier.

    Shipping Time:

    • Domestic (USA): 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
    • International: 5 to 30 business days, depending on the destination.
  2. Shipping Methods and Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated based on:

    • The weight and dimensions of the product.
    • The delivery destination.
    • The carrier used (standard or premium, depending on the supplier).
      Exact shipping costs can be viewed within the Printify interface when creating an order or setting prices for the store.
  3. Suppliers and Locations
    Each product in Printify can have different suppliers located worldwide.

    • Local Shipping: If the supplier is in the same country as the customer, shipping will be faster and more affordable.
    • International Shipping: Products shipped from suppliers outside the country may take longer and incur additional costs.
  4. Lost and Damaged Items Policy

    • Lost Orders: If an order does not arrive within 30 business days (domestic) or 45 business days (international), customers may file a claim with Printify.
    • Damaged or Defective Products: Items damaged during transit or with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded after the claim is approved.

    Incorrect Orders or Printing Issues:
    Printify will cover the replacement or refund if the issue was caused by the supplier.

  5. Shipping to Restricted Countries
    Printify does not deliver to certain countries due to legal or logistical restrictions. Examples include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

  6. Responsibility for Taxes and Duties
    International taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the end customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
